Kiran Fatania is a recreation and financial management professional with more than 23 years of experience in municipal parks and recreation. She led the implementation of Amilia Registration Software for the City of Roswell’s Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department, supporting program registration, customer service, and improved operational efficiencies. In her current role as Administrative and Financial Operations Coordinator, she oversees a $10 million budget and supports the administrative and financial operations of a department with 111 full-time employees serving a riverfront community with more than 1,000 acres of parkland. Kiran brings a unique perspective that combines hands-on recreation programming experience with expertise in registration systems, financial management, data-driven decision-making, and organizational operations.

Ann Milborn is a Strategic Account Executive at Amilia, with 13+ years in SaaS consulting and sales spanning Parks & Recreation, Nonprofit, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and CSR sectors. Ann is passionate about giving people their time back through leveraging technology, and offers pro bono software procurement and change management consulting to nonprofit organizations.

Michael is an Account Executive at Amilia and a lifelong lefty golfer, working DJ, and self-proclaimed foodie who loves to travel. When he's not helping Parks and Recreation departments modernize with SmartRec, you'll find him on the course, exploring a new city, or hunting down the best meal in town.

Adam Coker is a Recreation Registration Specialist with the City of Roswell’s Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department. Since joining the City over a year ago, Adam has quickly become a valuable member of Kiran’s team and a subject matter expert in recreation registration, customer accounts, and administrative operations. Adam brings strong knowledge of registration systems and processes while providing ongoing support, guidance, and problem-solving assistance to staff. His growing expertise and understanding of departmental operations help ensure accurate registration processes, effective account management, and a positive experience for both staff and customers.
