A Certified Parks and Recreation Executive, he serves on the CAPRA and holds advanced degrees in Recreation and Sports Management, and a Doctorate in Parks and Recreation Administration.

Kristin Toney is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of leadership experience in finance, administration, and public service. While earning her BA in Accounting and Business Administration, she became a seven-time NCAA Division II All-American runner, demonstrating both academic and athletic excellence. Kristin also holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in compliance, auditing, accounting, grants, budgeting, contracts, process analysis, human resources, and instruction—primarily serving State and Local Government agencies.
