Make the most of your member, donor, and lead data with Amilia and Salesforce.

Many YMCAs and JCCs juggle a huge amount of data every day—membership, donors, leads—but connecting the dots in a way that supports your mission isn’t always easy.

View this exclusive webinar featuring JCC Denver, as they share how they gained a 360° view of their community—from the moment someone fills out a tour form, to becoming a member, to deepening relationships with donors—by rethinking the entire member lifecycle.

You’ll hear from Chief Executive Officer, Mike Sophir, and Director of Information Technology and Business Systems, Miriam Brizendine, on how JCC Denver streamlined their processes by connecting Amilia SmartRec with Salesforce, with the help of Salesforce Consulting Partner, OpenTent.

Why It Matters

For Ys and Js, every interaction with a member, donor, or prospective family is an opportunity to build connection and strengthen community. But without a complete picture of the member lifecycle, it’s easy for important touchpoints to be missed. By learning how to harness data across the full journey—from first contact to lifelong membership—you’ll see how to reduce manual work, improve engagement, and ensure your technology is working in service of your mission.
